Child Abduction Reaction Education

Instructing parents and young people on how to react to the threat of abduction.

The Abduction Prevention Program and curriculum was developed and authored by Martial Arts instructor Dominick C. Magistro to be utilized in Instructing parents and young people on how NOT to become a VICTIM.

Some of the Abduction Prevention Program Components

• Age specific scenario education through the use of videos/DVD's and open discussion.
• How predators lure Children and how to REACT.
• The importance of walking tall and strong.
• How NOT to become an easy target.
• Understanding critical range and distance.
• How to be assertive when someone is inside of your critical distance zone.
• Knowing the Rules of safety.
• What to do if you see an abduction attempt.
• The importance of knowing about "risky" behavior and choices.
• Being aware of your environment and using it to your advantage.
• Making an ID Kit.
• Topics to discuss with young Children to help them protect themselves.
• Topics to discuss with your teenagers to help them protect themselves.
• How to use an adrenaline rush to your advantage.

SEMINAR STRUCTURE

• All seminars are tailored to meet the specific needs and are subject specific for the requesting group.
  

• Identification and DNA kits will be provided for upon request.
  
  
• Handouts on subjects covered will be provided for upon request.
  
  
• Seminars can be as short as 90 minutes or as long as 4 hours depending on the subject matter to be covered by the requesting group.
  
  
• When at all possible, parents and their children should attend the seminars together.
