News 01/14/09 EC second graders learn abduction prevention article from January 21, 2009 Mid-Hudson Times Carlie's Crusade met with Mr. Carroll's second grade class at East Coldenham Elementary School for a workshop on abduction prevention. Joining us in her debut with the Crusade is Diana Rodriguez (NYPD), who helped lead the children in an energetic class. Great job Diana!! Welcome Aboard!   05/20/08 – The Crusade is going places!! A milestone for the crusade, our FIRST out-of-state presentation. The Solomon Schechter Day School of New Milford, New Jersey hosted our team for a day of internet safety for the middle school students and an evening presentation to their parents and members of the school staff.   05/17/08 – The Crusade at Modern Warrior Dominick Magistro, Robert Fisch and John Jenerose received training in the new S.P.A.C.E. curriculum at Modern Warrior today. SPACE is a Student Protection And Controlled Escape program specifically designed for the classroom environment. The Crusade hopes to continue to part of this groundbreaking training and help spread the message.   04/28-29/08 – Long Distance Crusade The Crusade fulfilled a long-promised goal upstate in Balston Spa. The middle school received several internet safety presentations and in each physical education class, the students were trained in self-preservation. On the evening of the 28th, the parents were given the opportunity to attend their own presentation. These classes were the result of our first radio interview when a caller requested we travel to her school. Good going team!!   2/25/07 Board Members and Instructors also receive I-Safe Instructor status Robert " Clyde" Clydesdale, Dave Magistro, Robert Fisch and Dominick Magistro also receive I-Safe Instructor certification to bring Internet Safety to every school the team can reach.   More News  © 2010 Belsito Communications Inc.
